Mr. Schmitz assists in the underwriting of new investments and asset management within RSF’s senior living and commercial real estate teams. Mr. Schmitz joined RSF after earning a BBA in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University. During his time at Southern Methodist University, Mr. Schmitz interned with LivCor and JBrown International.
