Mr. Read leads the origination and management of the Fund’s investments in the senior living sector. As co-founder of Javelin Capital, a sponsor of senior living investments, Mr. Read has been a partner with the Fund since 2002.
Prior to his involvement with RSF, Mr. Read was a partner with The Hampstead Group, a Dallas based private equity fund that invested over $790 million of equity, including $277 million in the senior living sector and $204 million in distressed real estate and hospitality.
